Heat milk in saucepan over medium until warm, about 5 minutes.
Place crumbled biscuits, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a blender. Pour warm milk into blender. Secure lid on blender, remove center piece to allow steam to escape. Place a clean towel over opening. Process until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add butter, and process 1 minute. Serve immediately over chicken or pork chops.
