How to Make It

Step 1

Peel the kiwifruit and cut into quarters. Cut out the white core and discard.

Step 2

Peel the apples, remove the core and discard, chop into medium size chunks.

Step 3

Cut the oranges in half. Juice and strain.

Step 4

In a blender, add the kiwifruit, apples, orange juice and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
