This may not quite be the real thing, but it is an excellent, keto-approved ice cream that's super simple to make. Stevia is readily available, but any keto sweetener will do as long as it's the same amount.
Process cream, almond butter, cocoa, stevia, and vanilla in a blender until thickened, about 30 seconds.
Add ice and half-and-half; process until frothy, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately. (Or, for best results, freeze in blender 1 hour; process 10 seconds, and serve.)
