Place cheese slices between 2 pieces of parchment paper on a microwavable plate. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Discard parchment paper, and transfer cheese to paper towels to drain.
Came out burnt, TOTALLY black definitely shouldn’t nuke for two minutes but I went for only one minute and it worked pretty well!
