Preheat oven to 400° F. In large bowl combine cooked sausage, corn, onion, red pepper, cheese and black pepper; mix well and set aside. In a separate bowl, prepare cornbread mix as directed on package. Fold sausage mixture into prepared batter, stirring briefly to blend well. Spoon batter into lightly oiled muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
