How to Make It

Combine jicama, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and jalapeño pepper.

Fresh and crunchy

I love jicama in salads.  This is a nice, crunchy side that is not very spicy. The seeded jalapeno adds little spice. I think the rice vinegar flavor is a bit too strong.  I would try using less vinegar and more lime, maybe in equal amounts, for a fresher flavor.
