Give your next holiday party a little kick with this hot Jalapeño Cheese Spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 roasted jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 2-oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • assorted crackers or tortillas

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients except crackers or tortillas. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or spread on warmed tortillas.
