i found these burgers to be tremendously filling, hard to believe they qualify for cooking light. but ok, they were delicious.

This is one of our favorite turkey burger recipes--I always have the ingredients on hand. I usually make a little "special" mayo with light mayo & some tomato pesto to compliment the flavors. Serve on whole wheat buns with potato wedges & broccoli.
