  • Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sausage, onion, green pepper, and yellow pepper; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add spaghetti sauce and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Spoon turkey mixture evenly over bread slices. Sprinkle with hot sauce, if desired.
