Italian Sausage and White Beans
Savory Italian sausage and beans combine for a quick and easy weeknight meal. If you're lucky, you'll have some leftovers for next day's lunch.

Very tasty and easy to make. The consistency is stew like so pairing it with a simple salad rounds out a nice meal.
Fabulous recipe! The flavors are incredible! I added kale and topped it off with asiago cheese...yummy!!! The only thing I would do differently next time is serve it over penne pasta!
Great easy thing to make with sausage instead of spaghetti again!
while putting this together I thought that it was kinda odd, like it should be served over something. But then my seven year old asked if it was kinda like chili! WHAT A SMART KID! This to me is like an Italian spin on a chili. Quick and easy. I had a can of hunts spicy pepper tomato and don't feel like anything was sacrificed. I added the seasoning as i saw fit and as suggested by another reviewer I added in a splash of white wine! awesome meal nothing to it!
I paired this with a salad and also had crusty bread. It was so flavorful and delicious! It was easy to put together and perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Made this exactly to recipe and thought it was really great. Won't have it again during the summer but this will be a great fall or winter meal. Very easy and quick to make.
Supereasy, superfast, less than 20min. Made to recipe except used fresh garlic, oregano & basil and added 1/2bag of baby spinach because we had it in the fridge. Served with garlic ciabbatta sticks and simple green salad topped with shaved parm.
Super easy to make and we both really enjoyed it. Good for dinner or taking for lunch the next day.
So much flavor from such a simple recipe. I make this on a regular basis and always receive raves.
I made this recipe, let it sit over night and we ate the next day. I can't say enough good things about it. My husband and I both enjoyed a good rib sticking meal, he wanted it over rice and I made a garlic bread to go with. YUM!!
We eat this all the time as a good weeknight meal. My husband and small kids eat it and like it. I put in finely diced carrots at the same time as the veggies (when you add the carrots you don't really need a vegetable side). Also consider adding some white wine (1/2-1c). We always use red, not green, peppers. This is like a super-simple super-quick cassoulet.
A perfect recipe for weekday dinner: yummy; easy and quick to make; one dish easy to clean-up; and even better as leftovers. What's more to want? Will definitely go into my normal rotation. I used spicy Italian sausage and added a little cracked black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to give it a little more kick.
Great for a busy weeknight! Served with fresh corn from the farmers' market.
An easy weeknight dish. It came together quickly and had great flavor. We doubled the tomatoes and beans, used soy crumbles instead of sausage, added extra Italian seasoning and served it over rice. Will definitely make again.
This made for a really satisfying winter week-night meal. It was perfect for a night when I just didn't feel like going to a lot of effort. I didn't have italian-seasoned tomatoes, so I used plain and added some pesto from the freezer, as well as a dash italian seasoning blend. Served it with a mixed-greens salad and (of course) garlic bread. Leftovers were delightful! I will def make again.
