How to Make It

Step 1

Combine turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, and 1 teaspoon of the pepper in a large bowl, using hands to incorporate. Form into 36 (3/4-ounce) meatballs. Place in a 6-quart Instant Pot.

Step 2

Stir together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, maple syrup, and remaining 1 teaspoon pepper; pour over meatballs. Place lid on Instant Pot; seal and turn to high pressure. Set time for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Release pressure from Instant Pot; carefully remove lid. Serve hot.
