The flavor of the "stew" is good, but the time to prepare isn't approximately presented. The hands on time is way more than 5 minutes, especially if you have to skin the chicken pieces. The vegetable preparation in itself takes more than 5 minutes. And although the pressure time is 23 minutes, it takes about as long to get to pressure. When it is finally ready to be served it isn't really a stew, but rather a soup. This recipe was probably originally written for a slow cooker and badly converted to an Instant Pot recipe.
