How to Make It
Add water to Instant Pot, and place rack inside. Place eggs on rack. Cover cooker with lid, and lock in place. Turn valve to SEALING position; select HIGH pressure for 6 minutes (4 minutes for soft centers).
Carefully turn steam release handle to VENTING position, and let steam fully escape. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 2 minutes. Peel and serve, or store for later.
