Even my picky husband loved it, and it was so easy to make!!!
Super easy and tasty. For Weight Watcher Points Plus program, this is 5 points.
Thought this meatloaf was rather plain and lacked spunk. Not my favorite, but maybe would be better with some tweaks.
Delicious !! Extremely moist. We used 93/7 beef, regular salsa + 2 chipotles in adobo sauce..plus the sauce. Wow it was spicy but absolutely delicious!! Didn't have quick oats so used 1 packet of instant oatmeal (original flavor). Served with Mexican rice (also hot!) and corn. Hubby and I loved it, will definitely make again and again!
Loved, loved, loved this! Tastes like good old fashion homemade meatloaf. Sooooo quick and easy. Made it exactly as the recipe says. Already made it a second time. Being only 190 calories, this will become a regular in my home.
Great for a family of 5, or to eat for dinner and lunches throughout the week! Very easy and at no cost. I added a chopped yellow onion to the mixture, and used ground turkey instead. The onion adds a delicious crunch! I will definitely be making this again! 10-10-10
This was so fast and easy ... I didn't have chipotle salsa, so I added a chopped chipotle chili to the salsa... it was delicious. I served w/mashed potatoes, and yellow wax beans, and beets...my husband loved it.
Easy and yummy! By my calculations, this is 4 WW points per loaf. I served with the Garlic Fries from MyRecipes and it was a great meal.
This is the best meatloaf recipe that I have found and it is so easy! The salsa gives it great flavor. My entire family loves this recipe.
This was a decent dish. It's pretty plain so it would be good for children or picky eaters. It's definitely an everyday meal type of dish. I would try to add some spices to make it a little more flavorful. It did cook in the proper amount of time...I would try this again with some flavorful additions.
