"ALL" the Indian spices went really well with the salmon!!! I usually flavour salmon with lemon pepper or ginger & soy--the Indian spices were a nice change and the family loved it too.
This recipe was very easy to make and the spice blend went extremely well with the slightly sweet fatty taste of Salmon. I did not broil my fish though. Was roasting zucchini in the oven so wrapped the seasoned Salmon in parchment paper and cooked it that way. Came out perfect.
This recipe is awesome! Made it for my husband a couple of weeks ago and making it again tonight. He is not a huge salmon fan but he loved this dish. The spices used with the salmon really go perfect together. I was a little hesitant to broil the fish as I am used to baking but it gave the salmon a perfect crust on the outside and it was still tender and juicy on the inside. Will be broiling again.
