How to Make It

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth, scraping sides of processor bowl once. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with pita triangles or fresh vegetables.

This dip is very tasty. Several people who "don't like hummus" have said they like this. My kids (3 and 5) love it and eat it plain when they run out of veggies to dip. I add extra lemon to taste. I have also mixed in roasted red peppers (from a jar) and it makes a yummy alternative (which I prefer, but my hubby and kids prefer the original).
