Chili dogs are the ultimate crowd pleaser, and with this hot dog chili, they’re easier than ever. All you need is a Dutch oven, lean ground beef, and a handful of ingredients you likely already have in the kitchen. Feel free to add vegetables, such as a can of Rotel diced tomatoes or sliced jalapeños, to take things up a notch. For additional flavor, try substituting the water with beef broth.
