Because why would you make a basic turkey when you can have a Flaming Hot Cheetos coated turkey, stuffed with cheese and potatoes?

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cheese inside cavity of turkey, and add about 1 pound of the potatoes. Tie legs together with butcher’s twine, and place turkey on a large roasting pan. 

Step 2

Brush turkey with some of the melted butter. Press Cheetos crumbs evenly over outside of turkey. 

Step 3

Arrange remaining potatoes in pan around turkey. Brush with remaining butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

Step 4

Bake in preheated oven until a thermometer inserted into thickest portion of thigh registers 170°F, about 4 hours, rotating pan every hour. Let stand 20 minutes.

Step 5

Cut turkey down center of breasts with sturdy kitchen shears. Carefully tear open the middle to reveal the inner cavity. Using a fork, mash together potatoes and cheese inside turkey. Serve turkey with cheesy potato filling and remaining potatoes.
