This was so flavorful and quick!
Read MoreMy husband, two young children, and I all enjoyed this easy and delicious dish! We skipped the green beans, but otherwise following the recipe exactly. Next time, will probably 1) marinate the salmon for 30-60 mins in the fridge in the honey mixture and 2) reduce the cooking time because the asparagus and salmon were both a bit overcooked. 1. You may want to marinated the salmon for a couple of hours before if you want the flavor all the way through.
2. You may want to cut you salmon in thinner slices to make sure the glaze flavor is embraced in every bite to avoid my first suggestion.
3. We made it with broccoli instead of asparagus because our store was out. It turned out well but you will need to rotate the veggies in the juices of the glaze in order to keep them from getting too crispy.
Enjoy!
