I rated this quite some time ago as a family favorite, especially in the Fall. You do have to watch the temperature of the skillet or your honey mixutre will turn to a horrible mess.
I rated this recipe low because the sauce comes out inedible if made as described. After tossing the first glob, we let the skillet cool to medium low before starting again. By adding a tablespoon of butter and with the lower temp, we could cook the sauce for about 5 minutes. Even then, it wasn't better than a 3 star. We have better recipes.
