Brush heart-healthy salmon with a mixture of honey and Dijon mustard for a quick and easy grilled fish dinner.

How to Make It

Step 1

Prepare grill or broiler.

Step 2

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush honey mixture over skinless side of fish. Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with thyme sprigs, if desired.

I'm not a big fish eater and neither are my kids but I am trying to add more fish to our diet. This was a hit with everyone, except my 16-month old. My 7-year old is a VERY picky eater and he ate all of it without a single complaint...and so did the 5-year old. Good recipe I plan to incorporate into our regular menu.

Didn't care for the flavor of the glaze or the way it broke down the salmon. Weird since everyone else raved!

Great recipe that stands the test of time. We makeit regularly. Turns fish haters into salmon lovers. Better with farm-raised salmon than wild sockeye that lacks some of the moisture.
