How to Make It

Step 1

Holly Cupcakes:

Step 2

Dip cupcake edges in sparkling sugar.

Step 3

Place 3 spearmint leaves and 3 red M&M's Minis on each cupcake.

Step 4

Wreath Cupcakes:

Step 5

Place green M&M's Minis around edge of each cupcake in 2 rows. Scatter a few red sprinkles or nonpareils around Minis.

Step 6

Press licorice rope into a bow shape and place on each cupcake.
