we always enjoy a baked brie, but I trim off the rind to get rid of I think is a chemical taste - love this combination of flavors - I did use fresh cranberries becaue I had some on hand
I make this every year for my friends. The apricot jam is fantastic with the Brie. I sometimes use philo to make a lighter, easier to cut dish.
