  • Combine water and next 3 ingredients in skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until thickened. Return pork to skillet; turn to coat. Place rice on a serving platter. Spoon pork mixture over rice. Top with green onions; garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
