Great recipe! I followed the recipe, but I used a grill pan. I will definitely make this again.
Very easy and delicious. I made kabobs with this recipe, and I doubled the marinade so that I would have some to brush on the onion, red pepper and pineapple on the grill. Served it over rice and it was super good!
This is very tasty. I will sometimes make this and freeze this until I am ready to grill. It marinates will thawing. My kids will even eat this and they are very picky.
Very easy, flavorful, and with the exception of using a grill pan instead of an outside grill, I followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely make again.
