  • Preheat grill to medium (350°F to 400°F). With peel on, slice ends off banana, and cut in half lengthwise. Place banana halves, cut side up, in center of a piece of aluminum foil. Top with chopped chocolate, pineapple, and nuts. Close foil packet, and seal edges.

  • Place packet on grates, and grill until chocolate is melted and banana is heated but still firm, about 6 minutes. Open foil packet; top with ice cream, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and cherry. Enjoy immediately.
