Grilled steak is a Fourth of July staple throughout the country, and the Midwest is renowned for its beef.

How to Make It

Step 1

Prepare grill.

Step 2

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mustard mixture over both sides of steaks. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand 30 minutes.

Step 3

Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
