How to Make It

Combine chicken broth and water in a saucepan; boil. Stir in uncooked couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in parsley, chives, and salt.

Tasted great, but needed more salt. Used whole wheat couscous. Tripled recipe for 13 people and had 1/2 recipe left over.

I made this last night and it was fabulous....even my kids liked it!! I used Israeli couscous since I like the texture better than regular couscous....definitely a keeper in the recipe book.
