Flat-leafed parsley, garlic, and lemon juice come together with quick-cooking Herbed Couscous for a versatile, no-fuss side dish.

How to Make It

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, butter, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, and pepper.

It's good and goes with pretty much anything but didn't seem all that special.

I really enjoyed this with the lemon-parsley chicken recipe. I did leave out the butter and salt since I usually eat my couscous made with just water. It had a fantastic flavor paired with the chicken. Even DH ate it.
