How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add oregano and remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat; cook 25 minutes or until reduced to 2 cups.

Note: Sauce can be made ahead and kept covered in refrigerator up to 4 days.
