How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a liquid measuring cup.
Place fillets in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle fillets with pepper and salt; top with lemon slices. Pour half of basil mixture over fillets.
Bake at 350° for 13 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Spoon remaining basil mixture over fish before serving.
