I made these today and they turned out great. I wish I could say I followed the recipe exactly, but didn't because I used what I had on hand. I had a cup of ham to use up so added a little flour. I used the butter grating technique and added onion. I also used my 2% milk and added vinegar to make buttermilk. These were awesome. Very tender and not dry. Love this recipe.
