Yield
16 servings (serving size: 2 tablespoons guacamole and about 10 chips)

This simple dip is a favorite at Mijita. Lime juice, onion, cilantro, and cumin lend the creamy avocado lots of flavor.

How to Make It

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring well. Serve with chips.

Really yummy! I added a bit more cumin and did not add the cilantro. Definite crowd pleaser!

This was easy to make and very delicious. I added 1 tsp. of garlic, 1 chopped tomato, and omitted the cilantro. It was just delicious. Will be the new guac recipe in my home from now on!

Best quacamole I have ever had - or made!! I like tomatoes in my guacamole so I added two diced Roma Tomatoes to the recipe. I would definitely make it again.
