Made the version with the herbs. It was fine though I used dried chives as I didn't have fresh. The basil pretty much over-powered the other herbs but that was fine. Would make again. Pretty easy.
Maybe a little cheese?
Didn't think this through before making it. Easy to prep and the breadcrumbs were tasty with the squash (we subbed day-old sourdough for whole wheat). Pretty on the plate but whilst eating there was nothing holding the crumbs to the zucchini halves. Served with grilled steak
