Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove chops from bag; discard marinade.
Place chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
