All you need for perfect grilled lobster tails is lobster tails, butter, and a handful of pantry staples. This recipe is suited for frozen lobster tails, so you can save a little money and still impress your guests (Frozen seafood is often fresher anyway). Don’t be intimidated by lobster. This grilled lobster tail recipe is simple and incredibly easy, all while yielding delicious results.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients, stir well. Set aside.

Step 2

Split lobster tails lengthwise, cutting through upper shell and meat to, but not through, bottom shell. Press shell halves apart to expose meat. Place lobster tails, shell side down, on grill. Baste with sauce, and cook over medium coals 20 minutes. Turn, and cook 5 minutes. Remove from grill; serve with sauce.
