This was a great recipe for my family! We have a few picky eaters so having them build their own bowls was awesome! The instructions were nice and easy and everyone enjoyed it!
We love this recipe for using up leftover pork tenderloin. Especially ones made with soy or miso. Super easy and you can skip the meat and add beans. We also like to add sugar snap peas.
I quadrupled the recipe for 3 adults and made steamed jasmine rice as that is what my daughter prefers. I also used some Jamaician spices on the pork before grilling. Will definitely make again.
