And messy AF! I halved the recipe and just mixed the crumbled feta in with the mayo/sour cream ahead. Grilled the corn, rolled in the mixture and sprinkled with chile powder. Very unusual and very, very good. Will definitely make again

I wrapped the corn in foil to grill. Made the sauce ahead of time. Added a bit more chipotle than recipe called. The corn was so tasty and delicious. I even cut leftovers off the cob to have for lunch the next day. Great twist on typical corn on the cob.
