Totally Tasty

I wrapped the corn in foil to grill. Made the sauce ahead of time. Added a bit more chipotle than recipe called.  The corn was so tasty and delicious. I even cut leftovers off the cob to have for lunch the next day. Great twist on typical corn on the cob.

Delicious- following the recipe exactly as written. A huge favorite with my family! An award winning tapas restaurant in Boston has a taste identical recipe but with Gorgonzola / blue cheese.
