A staple for us in the summer. It takes about 20 minutes on our grill to thoroughly cook the corn (which is started at room temp). Great flavors.
Delicious. Took longer than 10 minutes- 18 on gas grill on low.
Very good, but I'd recommend upping the butter amount to 2 TBSP.
Very good. Even better if made a few hours before, so that the red pepper can infuse the rest of the mix.
Really yummy and so simple. Didn't grill the corn, just boiled it like we usually do then brushed on the butter. Didn't think this recipe works on eight full ears, though. We found it barely sufficient to cover four.
YES! This is SO good. There is no way I'm going back to plain old butter on corn after this. It's very, very simple and so incredibly good, especially if you grill the corn.
Loved the flavor! Served with Grilled Pork Chops with Shallot Butter (CL July 2009).
Just a few simple ingredients and this corn is outstanding. Adding lime juice allows you to reduce the amount of butter you use on the corn...perfect. This is going to become our standby grilled corn recipe.
My four family members just loved this and it was so easy to make, since we were grilling anyway. Grilled corn has a different flavor compared to just cooking in the microwave. We will make this again! (Husband, me, 19yo daughter and 17yo daughter!)
A big hit, although some of the kids questioned the lime flavoring!
