Prepare grill or broiler. Place corn on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and grill or broil 20 minutes or until corn is lightly browned, turning frequently. Let cool. Cut corn kernels from cobs. Reserve corn cobs for Corn Stock, if desired.
