This recipe took me by surprise as to how good it was! The grilling and the addition of the red pepper gave it a flavor that was spicy and that wonderful grill flavor. This is definitely a keeper!

For the really thick stalks, you need to trim a lot down, for the thinner ones, it should be fine. The flavor was nice, on the ones we could eat. I won't be making this again
