Grilled Baby Back Ribs with Sticky Brown Sugar Glaze
These grilled baby back ribs are basted in an addictive brown sugar glaze with a hint of heat from red chile powder. You'll need a sturdy drip pan to go under the cooking grate for easy cleanup.

These were good alternative to traditional barbecue ribs and I would certainly make them again. I boiled the ribs for 1 hr in salted water to draw out some of the fat then baked them in foil @ 350 for 1 hr...most tender ribs you'll ever ever eat without all the nasty grease!
Yummy! I put these in the slow cooker all day and finished them off on the grill in the evening after work. Perfect. Falling off the bone and not a lot of time and work. the sauce was great!
LOVE THESE - Making them for the third time in 3 weeks. No need for barbeque sauce.
this is a good recipe only change i would make is to double the brown sugar glaze recipe thay way you can keep basting the ribs til you ready to take them off the grill...these are tasty!
These are outstanding!! My neighbor won our rib cook-off contest with this recipe!! He beat out 9 other contestants! Yummy!!
I loved these ribs and I am not a huge fan of pork! Soooo good! They take time but it is worth every minute. My guests loved them too!
