How to Make It

Bring chicken broth, water, orange rind, and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in couscous. Remove pan from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Drizzle olive oil and orange juice over couscous; fluff with a fork. Stir in green onions.

Without a doubt, the best couscous I've ever made.  Used Fantastic Foods whole wheat couscous and followed the recipe exactly.  Paired perfectly with CL Herb and Citrus Roast Leg of Lamb and some steamed green beans with lemon & oregano.
