The freezer aisle of your grocery store is stocked with a hearty selection of whole-grain toaster waffles that have less than 100 calories per serving. That's a low-calorie, grain-rich base for tasty combos that go way beyond butter and syrup. The fruity options are great, but we love savory ones, too.

How to Make It

Start with Van's Multigrain Belgian waffle. Add avocado, poached egg, prosciutto, cilantro, and chopped tomato.

Super quick, the family could put on as much and whatever they wanted and clean up was a breeze. My 5 year old actually cleaned off her plate! Adding a little maple syrup made it even better - maple syrup and avocado were great together
