How to Make It

Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat; add 2 tablespoons flour, stirring until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, 1/2 cup ketchup, and 1/2 cup water; cook, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened.

This sauce goes well with any traditional meatloaf. It's simple to make and is a nice change from your standard ketchup-on-meatloaf.

YUMMMMMZ! This is easy, quick and delicious. Doesn't require anything that wouldn't be hanging around your kitchen. Goes well not only with meatloaf, but over grilled meat as well. I make this all the time! Try it, you'll LOVE it!
