Browning the butter and almonds gives this dish an extra-nutty flavor.
Cook green beans in boiling salted water to cover in a Dutch oven 4 minutes or until tender; drain well. Rinse Dutch oven well, and dry.
Melt butter in Dutch oven; add almonds, and sauté over medium heat 6 minutes or until butter and almonds are golden brown. Stir in green beans, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
