How to Make It

In a small bowl, combine 1 diced, peeled Granny Smith apple, 1/2 diced small white onion, 1 minced jalapeño pepper, 1 diced Hass avocado, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss well.
