These delicious turkey burgers get their great flavor from traditional Greek flavors like mint, yogurt, feta, red onion, and cucumbers.

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir together first 6 ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Step 2

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat grill pan with cooking spray. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.

Step 3

Stir together cucumber, yogurt, mint, and 1/2 tsp. salt in a small bowl. Serve burgers on buns with cucumber sauce and desired toppings. Garnish, if desired.

Chef's Notes

To make the cucumber ribbons shown in the photo, use a Y-shaped vegetable peeler to cut thin slices of cucumber lengthwise. If you're in a hurry, cut the cucumber into thin, round slices.

These are really good burgers. Definitely worth adding the cucumber and tomato.

these and the tarragon turkey burgers are my 2 faves!! i used the extra lean ground turkey and didn't add anything extra but a little lemon juice. made 4.5 oz patties. they did not fall apart when grilling. i also liked the cucumber sauce better than most of the recipes i've tried. used fresh mint from neighbor's garden, and it had a peppery taste that was nice. chopped kalamata olives would be great in these!! baked sweet and white potato fries from a couple of recipes on this site.

Great recipe, however I have issues when forming my patties with them falling apart - my solution was to add about 1/4 cup of dried breadcrumbs + 1 egg yolk - stuck together perfectly without falling apart when cooking them!

Delicous! I normally make some type of change but didn't change anything for this recipe -- they turned out wonderfully! I'll definitley make these again.

These were very moist and I was surprised. I made 6 smaller burgers instead of 4 larger burgers and cooked them on an outdoor grill. I think the cucumber sauce should sit for a few hours to develop flavor. I made it right before serving and it was a bit bland. I also thought the burgers could have used either more onion or salt. Overall, this is something I would probably make again with the minor changes I mentioned.

This was a wonderful burger! I tweeked it a little bit by adding some minced garlic, fresh ground pepper, and a little marjoram to the meat mixture. We like onions so I added some red onion, finely chopped, to the yogurt sauce. Looking forward to tomorrow so we can eat the other two!!
