My family was looking for a stepping off place for healthy eating with flavor. This was definitely the recipe. We made a few minor changes (paper thin cut Vidalia onions, dries oregano and a literal pinch of sea salt) and I cannot eexpress how astoundedI am at not only how flavorful this is, but how much my 12 year old daughter loved and begged for it before it was even ready! Absolutely delicious. THANK YOU!
This was delicious. This is what I did: I added a little red onion and chopped spinach to make it a bit more "Greek." I made up a sort of raita (cucumber, garlic, and Greek yogurt). I didn't grate the cucumber though.
Very quick to toss together and very tasty. Will be adding this to my regular rotation.
Good recipe for lunches! Not dry at all. I used whole-wheat pita loaves, which are easier than tortillas, I think.
Good way to use left over rotisserie chicken.
Quick and tasty! Not a huge fan of whole wheat tortillas, so used Trader Joe's lavash flat bread instead. Paid no attention to the suggested amount of hummus, so likely used quite a bit more.
This was pretty yummy and quick to make. It needs a little of more seasoning - added cracked pepper and salt; maybe more oregano, or some bell peppers? We used low carb, high fiber wraps (80 cal, 12 g fiber from Sprouts). 8 inches isn't very big - so the filling amount and hummus was appropriate. My husband isn't a huge fan of feta so 2 heapful tablespoons was good enough for us.
Great flavor and not dry like so many wraps seem to be. I will make this one many times!
Fantastic. I used left over grilled chicken from dinner last night and threw this together for a quick lunch. I also used garden grown cherry tomatoes because we have an abundance right now. I will make these again, often.
Quick, fresh, yummy for a warm summer evening. Added some fresh sliced peaches for a side.
Super tasty, but like many CL recipes the ingredient quantities are a joke - 2 T of feta divided by 6 means that each wrap gets 1 tsp. That's just silly. And 1 T of hummus per wrap isn't even enough to taste! We upped both and used 80-calorie flax wraps, which kept the calories under 300 per serving.
A great wrap for lunch. I assembled the wrap, then heated it up in my panini.
i made this for a "start of the week monday night dinner" last night and was impressed! Great flavor and a great weeknight meal! will definitely repeat!
I made these for a dinner for my daughter and her family who had just moved into a new house and needed some food. The flavor is excellent! I would have given it five stars if I had used a different wrap. I used whole wheat tortillas, like the recipe called for, but I thought they seemed heavy. Next time I make these, I'm going to use a real wrap thats a bit thinner and larger in diameter. That may mean more calories, but I'd rather have it be a thicker wrap and cut it into thirds. This was a quick and easy prep!
This is one of the best wrap sandwiches we have had. Cannot get this out. Will definitely have again.
