My husband and I really enjoyed these salmon burgers. As the chef of the house, I enjoyed their simplicity. I took the advice of the previous reviewer and added minced garlic and parsley. We cooked them on the grill and although I had ciabatta rolls, I forgot to use them and instead used hamburger buns from Dave's Killer Bread. I also made a cucumber raita to go on the burger. Everything together was delicious and I would definitely make these again.
These are fairly easy to make, and come out delicious after I tweaked the recipe slightly. I needed to add about 3 tablespoons of water to process the salmon. I also added a couple cloves of chopped garlic, a little fresh Italian parsley, and a few sprigs of fresh mint. They're tasty even without the ciabatta buns.
